How it Works
When we engage we spend a good deal of time on discovering your strengths and opportunities. We look at how you raise money, who raises it, and how an expansion plan can fit into the organization. Sometimes the organization needs slight reform, with an improved Board of Directors or more BofD involvement. We simply look at the entire mission and organization then detail a plan to get the job done so you have the resources necessary for your overall mission.
